Not all nicely bound books are old. There are many modern companies that put out high quality books. One of my favorites is The Easton Press. These books are beautifully bound in leather with threadsewn pages.A few other features of Easton's books are: unique gold embossed designs on the covers, gilt pages and silk moire endpages. Most importantly is the fact they they are printed on archival paper. These books are a joy to hold in your hands and are themselves works of art even before considering the literary masterpieces within their pages.
